How I Think About Work
Most complex initiatives do not fail because people are not trying hard enough.
They usually struggle because ownership is unclear, decisions are fragmented, the source of truth is incomplete, systems are not fully understood, or the path from planning to execution has too many gaps.
That is where I tend to be useful. I help make the work clearer. I break down the problem, identify what needs to be decided, organize the moving parts, and create practical structures that teams can actually use.
