Enterprise Governance and Security Operating Model

Context

The organization was implementing a major enterprise platform across ERP and HCM functions. Roles, access, controls, documentation, and governance needed to support operational use, implementation readiness, and audit expectations.

What I Did

I supported role design, documentation, stakeholder review, access validation, segregation of duties considerations, and governance alignment across business and technical teams.

Outcome

The work created a clearer and more controlled security and governance model, with stronger role definitions, better documentation, and a more defensible foundation for implementation and ongoing support.

Operating model clarity, workflows, data access, approvals, testing readiness, stakeholder alignment

Context

The team needed to understand how access, departmental ownership, workflows, approvals, testing, and security roles needed to work together. The problem was not only technical. It was also an operating model and governance issue.

What I Did

I translated technical configuration and environment findings into a practical current state, future state, gap analysis, and testing path that business and technical stakeholders could use.

Outcome

The work clarified what needed to be built, reviewed, tested, and governed before UAT, while reducing ambiguity around ownership, approvals, and access design.

Context

Security and governance documentation needed to be understandable to business users, technical teams, support teams, auditors, and future project teams. Technical configuration alone was not enough.

What I Did

I structured a reusable approach for role documentation, capability mapping, privilege analysis, security data context, naming standards, risk notes, delta analysis, and governance review.

Outcome

The result was a scalable documentation model that made role purpose, access boundaries, control considerations, and future change impacts easier to understand and govern.

Context

The organization needed a better way to understand visitor feedback on a large public website. Existing feedback channels were fragmented and did not provide a structured way to understand whether users could complete tasks on key pages.

What I Did

I supported the creation of an internal feedback capability, working with stakeholders to define requirements, understand user needs, test the solution, and support launch.

Outcome

The project created a practical feedback tool that helped digital teams understand user experience, identify issues, and improve public service delivery.
