I specialize in digital project management, but have experience in both digital and traditional. I enjoy bridging the gap of understanding the technologies and translating the project requirements between the business and technical.

Strong and client-focused communication that's clear and concise is my style. I try to cut through the clutter and provide all the relevant information on issues so decisions and actions can be made quickly.

Majored in this area for my undergrad in Management and my first passion. I'm a strategic digital thinker that helps utilize marketing to advise clients on ways to accellerate and sustain their return on investments in the marketing field.

Trained in a few change management models such as ADKAR, Kubler-Ross and Kotter's theory. I believe that change management is an important step in properly blending business needs and personal involvement of individuals it affects. 

I bring a personal and hands on approach to those I interact with. I like to fully understand their needs, so that I can put myself in their shoes. Using the term 'professional friend' in understanding their point of view. This allows me to translate what they require and deliver the right solutions.

My approach to strategic planning is to keep things simple. I like to assess what is outside of the comfort zone to break the fear of the unknown the strategy often touches. This allows making the hard decisions a bit easier and increase the odds of success.
